Where are the damaged files and how do I correct this issue so my Dad doesn't have to continue trying to install devices to no avail!
The support team and was told it is an internal issue with the new hard drive and there must be damaged files. I now cannot access whichever internal files were damaged in order to install new keyboard and mouse combo after exchanging multiple sets thinking it was the receivers and not the operating system. However, when I discovered that I had an automatic update and install of Windows 10 unknowingly, I was unhappy with it, I had to uninstall it and did so I purchased a new computer and had it set to automatically update as recommended.
